Pulsing mascaras have been on the high-end market for a while now - I'm pretty sure I've spotted them at Sephora over the past year. Like any trend, this one's trickled down to the drugstore where the masses will be able to purchase vibrating mascara from Maybelline for $15. From BellaSugar:
"Maybelline is joining the vibrating mascara craze with the release of its newest mascara, called Pulse Perfection ($15). The latest addition, the first of its kind in the drugstore variety, won't be available until July."

The vibrating mascara train is one I never hopped on; I'm usually pretty skeptical to spend a significant amount of funds on mascara. I'm faithful to my trusty Maybelline Great Lash... It's never steered me wrong (I go for waterproof, of course).
